RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK:
I hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Release and Assumption of Risk Form (“Agreement”) in consideration for being permitted to participate in the travel expedition organized by M/S Roam Beyond, including its partners or agents, hereinafter referred to as the “Trip.” I am aware that the Trip involves inherent risks, dangers, and hazards, including but not limited to those associated with travel in the Himalayas.
understand and acknowledge that the Trip may expose me to risks of illness, injury, or death, which may result from the negligence of others, forces of nature, or agencies known or unknown. In consideration for being permitted to participate in the Trip, I hereby release and discharge M/S Roam Beyond, its partners, and agents from all actions, claims, or demands for damages arising from my participation in the Trip.
I have carefully read this Agreement and fully understand its contents. I acknowledge that this is a release of liability and a contract between myself and Pema Tsewang Topgyal and/or his affiliated organization, and I sign it of my own free will.
I confirm that I have read and understood Roam Beyond’s booking information, including its cancellation policy on cancelled trips and refunds. I agree to all stated conditions.
I acknowledge that fax or email communication shall be treated as an original document for the purposes of this Agreement. By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understood all the terms of this Release and Assumption of Risk Form and voluntarily agree to its terms.
