In order to reserve space on a tour/trek, please complete and return this Tour Application form with your deposit of $500/- towards the land cost. We recommend you reserve your space as early as possible so that we may be able to provide you the best of service. Please note the deposit towards the land cost must be made via bank transfer as per the details given below.

After we receive the deposit via bank transfer, we will send you a confirmation mail as well as detailed trip itinerary along a packing list, reading list. In case you would like, we can arrange a telephone conference to address any concerns you may have. We can help you with the domestic airline reservation or any additional services.

Please note, due to any change in the situation which may arise out of political instability or a natural calamity, Roam Beyond reserves the right to change the itinerary of a trip in order to comply with new governmental regulations or for the safety of the group and support team.

The land cost for the trip includes the following:

• All transportation in best available jeeps/mini vans other than airfare
  All accommodation on twin sharing basis.
• Single accommodations are optional and subject to availability.
• All meals while touring.
• All costs associated with a support staff of guide, crew, drivers as per your trip itinerary.
• All local permits and entrance fees into museums, places of worship, etc as per your trip itinerary.

The land cost does not include the following:

• Airfares.
• Insurances of any kind.
• Medical immunizations.
• Any cost arising out of medical and emergency beyond first aid provided by the trip leader.
• Items of personal nature like laundry, alcoholic beverages, gratuities to support staff and others, donations to local institutions.
• Any additional expenses arising from the delay or extension a trip due to weather, political disputes, illness, failure of transportation, or any other causes beyond our reasonable control.

All participants must ensure that they are in possession of a valid passport of six months after the end of your visit as well as carrying travel insurance which covers emergency evacuation and emergency medical cost during your trip. We also recommend having additional insurance coverage for trip cancellation/interruption as well as baggage or other personal item losses.

Roam Beyond Cancellation Policy:

• More than 90 Day………………………………..$500/-
• Between 61 and 90 Days………………………$35% of Land Cost
• Between 30 & 60 Days………………………….75% of Land Cost
• Less than 30 Days………………………………….No refund
